What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Forecasting, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our global fulfillment centers are staffed efficiently for outbound and inbound operations. You’ll play a crucial role in guiding our teams to meet forecasted volumes and work closely with our sales team to incorporate new merchants seamlessly into our forecasting process. Your creative problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you collaborate with our data science team to continuously improve our forecasting models.
Here’s a Glimpse Of Your Responsibilities
Labor Planning: Develop a comprehensive labor planning program that covers outbound, inbound, and value-added service departments.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and implementation teams to align labor plans with the latest sales projections.
Data-Driven Insights: Partner with our data science team to enhance forecasting models, leveraging your expertise to improve performance.
Team Management: Lead a team of analysts to provide forecasting and reporting support, ensuring accurate labor planning.
Communication: Present forecasting data to site leaders and Regional Directors, keeping them informed about merchant volume deviations, events, and new arrivals.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize inbound visibility and reduce reliance on predictive forecasts.
Business Insights: Share valuable knowledge with other teams, partner sites, and leadership to drive effective practices and seize business opportunities.
What You Bring To The Table

Research Skills: Excellent research skills and a talent for creative problem-solving.
Team Management: Experience in managing a team of analysts.
Sales Collaboration: Understanding of working with large sales organizations and demand forecasting.
Forecasting Knowledge: Familiarity with demand planning and time series forecasting principles.
E-commerce Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce labor planning is preferred.
Data Skills: Proficiency in Excel; experience with Python, SQL, PowerBI, or machine learning is a plus.
