The Role

As a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in our dynamic Supply Chain Team. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain Operations, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing and streamlining supply chain processes. Your mission is to uphold the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

But here’s the exciting part: you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll lead a collaborative effort to identify the best technology solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

Champion Innovation: Dive into the heart of our supply chain operations, collaborating with stakeholders to translate customer needs into streamlined processes powered by technology.

Be the Tech Guru: Partner with tech teams to develop software and hardware requirements for enhancing supply chain processes.

Tackle Challenges: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the supply chain and lead initiatives to overcome them through technology and process enhancements.

Vendor Management: Take charge of vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of technology projects and issue resolution.

Strategic Optimization: Implement plans to optimize technical operations in alignment with our business goals.

Teamwork: Foster collaboration across technology teams to harness the full potential of IT.

Inventory Management: Develop and improve strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce excess, and ensure timely replenishment.

Leadership: Provide guidance to the supply chain team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background: A degree in Information Technology or Operations, with a bonus for additional education in Supply Chain Management.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years supporting supply chain teams, ideally in the CPG industry, with a track record of implementing technology solutions.

Process Expertise: Strong understanding of various supply chain processes, from planning to distribution.

Project Management Skills: You can plan, organize, and meet deadlines effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Analytical Mindset: You can analyze data and make informed decisions.

Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail.
