Our goal is to be the leadingprovider of first-line ambulatory ECG monitoring for patients at risk forarrhythmias. iRhythm’s continuous ambulatory monitoring has already putover 4 million patients and their doctors on a shorter path to what theyboth need – answers.Job Summary And PurposeWe are looking for an accomplished Market Access/HEMA Manager with solidexperience in compiling HTA dossiers and negotiating with European payors.The ideal candidate has participated in multiple pricing meetings withpayors and, ideally, taken a lead role in these interactions.An assertive and flexible individual, the Market Access/HEMA Managerwill be responsible for the commercial activities in launching our productsin selected European countries and is expected to manage all phases of theprocess including hands-on activities such as research information todossier submission and support during pricing negotiations. They will alsoprovide strategic support for market launch in non-European countries.ResponsibilitiesResearch & identify market access opportunities in new countries& map out pathwaysAnalyse market access trends/health policy changes and continuously mapreimbursement requirementsAnticipate access barriersPrepare national pricing & reimbursement files, and support listingnegotiationsIdentify and engage possible consultants, source quotes, and recommendconsultants to managementPrepare market access briefs for third party consultants and seniormanagementWork in close coordination with international business developmentteamManage relationships with KOLs and, Patient & ProfessionalAssociations relevant to the roleDevelop countries’ reimbursement strategy development, submission,and maintenance.Identify other national/regional funding options and develop themSupport regional market access strategy development includingreimbursement and access environment scanning, HTA development andrequirements.Work closely with local market access consultants on valuesubstantiation for innovative access model, e.g., Value Based Healthcare,Innovative Access models, Outcomes-Based Agreements, and Value-BasedPricing initiatives as relevant.Gather external stakeholders’ insights through key strategicpartnerships with key opinion leaders, societies and non-clinicalstakeholders, and shape market access policies in Europe as needed.Support with the US Clinical, HEOR & International teams forevidence generation and dissemination strategy development and execution tosupport access and adoption of our innovation.Support the implementation of HEMA tools and materials, translatingcomplex messages into simple statements that can easily be articulated bycommercial team.Work ScheduleThis is a full time – 40 hours per week role Remote working within the UKRequiredAbout you: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Economics or Science-related field and/ordemonstrable relevant experienceSolid experience in industry-based market access of Medical Devicesincluding direct experience of all elements of the reimbursement processand pathways including strategy, dossier writing and submission, liaisonwith societies, KOLs and authorities, and negotiations with payors.Possess comprehensive knowledge of funding and reimbursement mechanismsin the international regions.Able to translate scientific evidence into compelling valueargumentationsHighly analytical with excellent written and verbal skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, includingdemonstrated ability to develop relationships at all levels in anorganisationComfortable & motivated by working in a matrix, internationalorganisationExcellent interpersonal skill with the ability to build trusted workingrelations both internally and externally.Creative, willing to try new approaches and think out-of-the-box,self-directed problem-solver, who functions well in a fast-pacedenvironmentFluent in EnglishAbility to travel up to 50% annually, dependent upon location &demands of the businessDesirableCardiology experienceFluent in another languageMake iRhythm your path forward.
