🌟 Role Highlight: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Media Buyer to join our team. You will lead all Media buying, with a multi 6 figure/month spend budget across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will be responsible for overseeing budgets, analyzing ad results, and driving performance improvements through data-driven decision-making. Work closely with the marketing team to align creative and messaging, and drive performance.
📝 Your Responsibilities:
- 💼 Ad Results: You will develop, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across all platforms (Meta, Google, Tiktok) to achieve Company ROAS and MER targets.
- 📊 Reporting: Develop reports that translate performance into actionable insights for the rest of the marketing team
- 🧪 Testing: Plan and oversee a structured testing pipeline across multiple ad platforms
- 🫱🏻🫲🏽 Collaboration: Work with the creative team to continuously refine and improve our overall ad and sales performance
🔍 Qualifications:
- 📚5+ years of experience managing Meta ads and 3+ years with Google and TikTok ads.
- 🏆Managed large-scale ad accounts with budgets of $30k+/day, demonstrating the ability to handle high-volume, complex campaigns efficiently and effectively.
- 🎯 Proven results: You’ve contributed significant improvements to previous accounts you have worked on
- 💪🏻 Expert in ad platform management, understanding all settings, and spotting performance issues across Meta, with a good understanding of Google, and TikTok.
- 📈 Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for detailed reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
