NAR has championed the world’s biggest leagues since 2012, transforming fanwear from stadiums to the street. As we continue to push boundaries in sports and fashion, we’re looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join our Mitchell & Ness team and play a pivotal role in delivering commercially viable products that resonate with consumers and align with the brand vision.

Role Overview:

As our Senior Merchandiser for Mitchell & Ness, you’ll lead the charge in shaping product strategy, enhancing range architecture, and optimising distribution to maximise sales and grow the brand with focus on short and long-term results. You’re not only a pro in merchandising but also have the insights to bring brand aesthetic to life across market segments, from the buyer’s lens to product execution. You’ll be highly organised and detailed with a flair for creativity and a knack for pushing boundaries and finding unique ways to amplify the brands we represent. 

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Product and Brand strategy, using insights from sales data and market trends to steer product direction, maximise sales opportunity and minimise risk.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functionally to drive product assortment and deliver on seasonal financial targets ensuring seamless execution across the critical path.
• Take charge of cost management and profit optimisation, ensuring every range is commercially balanced.
• Oversee product development, seasonal range reviews, and product sign-offs, ensuring everything is primed for wholesale and DTC success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years in a fast-paced merchandise, buying, category management or product development role, ideally with sportswear, menswear or streetwear experience.
• Deep understanding of both local and international markets, with the ability to forecast trends.
• Skilled in building range architecture and hitting financial targets with a balance of creativity and analytics.
• An inspiring communicator who can guide teams, manage multiple priorities, and build relationships that drive results.
• A data driven problem solver, using analytics to make winning decisions. 
• A team player, who thrives in a collaborative and high-energy environment.
