Senior Product Designer (Remote)

The opportunity

The Senior Product Designer creates and delivers design solutions that meet the needs of users while aligning with business goals and technical constraints. Assists in mentoring junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and abilities. Assists with setting design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.

**Candidates for this position must reside in and have right to work in the following countries: United Kingdom or Portugal**

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

• Lead the design efforts of medium to large scale project, from conception to launch.
• Facilitate team discussions on designs and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality designs that meet business and user needs.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that designs align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Provide thoughtful contributions within the design team, including team vision and goals.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Maintain a current knowledge of design trends and techniques to improve overall team performance.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or a related field required.
• Product design experience required, preferably focused on user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch or Figma required.
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams preferred.
• Experience leading visual and interaction design efforts independently preferred.
