Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Role Description We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team in a full-time remote position. As a key leader in our product organization, you’ll shape the future of work by driving the development of our core platform features from conception to launch. You’ll have the opportunity to solve complex challenges at scale while working with cutting-edge technologies including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategy for Ojindo’s workforce management platform
• Drive product innovation through data-driven decision making and user research
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Define and track key metrics to measure product success and user satisfaction
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation
• Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading complex B2B products
• Proven track record of launching successful products that drive business growth
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Experience with workforce management, HR tech, or marketplace products is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
