BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

Take full ownership and independently manage multiple projects across various areas of our apps
Design polished work that represents the ByteRise brand, including visual comps, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and presentations
Quickly iterate and refine design concepts from initial briefing to final delivery
Collaborate with team to identify key design hypotheses and prioritize projects
Communicate design decisions creatively and compellingly, aligning ByteRise team through high-fidelity prototypes and presentations
Continually test, learn, and iterate on your work in collaboration with product and engineering.
Navigate the unknown using innovative approaches to solve design problems
Foster honest and clear communication, promoting a culture of care, empathy, and respect

YOU HAVE:

5+ years of experience in product design or an equivalent role
Portfolio demonstrating your role in launching software at scale in a fast-faced product organization across various markets
Strong ability to work independently and explore concepts from start to end, while welcoming feedback on your ideas
Proven experience with a design system, showcasing your exceptional attention to detail
Understanding in UX/UI interface design, visual design and proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity prototyping and design system
Experience using consumer research and data to inform design decisions
Curiosity about how design can enhance users’ experiences and a keen understanding of the Android & iOS device ecosystem
Good English communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas understandable
Solid technical understanding of how software is made and how it works
Experience in product specification review and feedback, effectively executing product roadmaps, and communicating product launches and timelines to stakeholders
Experience with testing and analytics methodologies
