What’s on Offer?
Salary: Flexible, targeting £100K for top talent, but happy to discuss based on what you bring to the table.
Location: Ideally commutable to London or Southampton, but flexibility is key-you can be based anywhere in the UK.

Working Style: A truly flexible approach to work, with a focus on keeping clients happy. Offices are in London and Southampton, but remote working is embraced. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, primarily in a program management capacity.
Travel: You’ll get to work across Europe visiting clients as and when required.Who are they looking for?
Experience: A few years of solid data centre experience, ideally from either main contractor or consultancy backgrounds. The more experience, the better.
Attitude: You’ll need to show you can deliver, bring fresh ideas, and fit right into a close-knit team.
Commitment: Although they love remote working, pop in to the office or site when needed, and as long as clients are happy, the rest is flexible
