Your Mission:

1. Innovate with AI: Implement cutting-edge features on top of our Wakura agent orchestration engine, pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted recruitment.
2. Seamless Integration: Integrate third-party applications into our major features, such as meeting transcription and summary, creating a unified ecosystem that empowers recruiters.
3. Ensure Robustness: Take charge of our production systems, implementing robust monitoring and ironclad security to protect sensitive data.
4. Data-Driven Decisions: Implement product analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise:

You’ll be working with a modern, powerful tech stack:

1. Anthropic suite for advanced AI capabilities
2. Svelte and TypeScript for responsive front-end development
3. Python/Flask for robust back-end services
4. PostgreSQL and PostgreSQL vector for efficient data management
5. AWS for scalable cloud hosting
