Senior Python Developer (Remote)

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Python Developer to join our global team.

The customer is a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company that operates in over 100 countries and its innovative medicines are used by millions of patients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Creating and Maintaining data integration pipelines in Disqover Platform
• Build and Run piplelines for data transformations inside the platform
• Coordinate updates with Ontoforce team
• Preprocess the data for integration using OpenRefine, AllegroGrph and custom scripts (Python, R)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Python Developer
• Solid Python production experience
• Any Graph Database knowledge
• Knowledge of rdf, ttl formats
• Experience with FAIR Data
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• Life Science domain expertise

Nice to have

• Life Science domain expertise
• AllegroGraph, OpenRefine
• Data verification (QC) experience
