Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead growth in our permanent placement division while driving business development initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic recruitment professional who excels in client acquisition, relationship management, and full-cycle recruitment.
As part of our fully remote team, you’ll manage client portfolios, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions that align with client needs. Responsibilities
- 360 Recruitment Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to meet hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and driving revenue growth.
- Pitch services to prospective clients and onboard them into the permanent recruitment division.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering exceptional results.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to build trust and loyalty.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, sharing best practices and fostering team success.
Data & Performance Tracking:
- Leverage CRM systems to manage pipelines, client interactions, and placement metrics, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5+ years in recruitment, with a strong focus on permanent placements.
- Proven track record in business development, including client acquisition and retention.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and consultative recruitment abilities.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while balancing multiple client accounts.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Proficiency with CRM systems and cloud-based tools like Microsoft Teams or monday.com.
- Resilient Remote Setup:
