Senior Sap Fiori Developer (Remote)

Our division “SAP Consulting & Engineering Services” is on a steep growth path and offers a wide range of interesting development perspectives. Our focus is on SAP conversion projects to SAP S/4HANA and the use of the SAP Business Technology Platform.

Therefore, we are looking for several senior developers / architects (m/f/g) to strengthen our team “Technology Solutions SAP” in Germany, preferably at one of our locations in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Eschborn, Stuttgart or Munich.

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Fiori Developer / Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contemporary User Experience Technologies and SAP Modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and testing frontend applications in SAP S/4HANA environments leveraging SAP BTP. This role requires a German speaking professional who can work onsite, independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP Fiori / UI5 custom applications in SAP S/4HANA environments leveraging SAP Business Application Studio and BTP.
• Implement and adapt SAP standard Fiori Apps leveraging Key-User Extensibility Framework.
• Integrate Apps based on various technologies into Fiori Launchpad, including creation of required profiles, roles and authorizations.
• Creation of design proposals and UI prototypes as well as execution of tests and trainings.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work on national and international projects together with our customers in various countries.
• Create new and enhance existing applications to improve usability and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide junior Fiori developers.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to ensure the continuous improvement of our SAP environment.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Bachelor’s degree, e.g., in Computer Science, or a similar education.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Fiori / UI5 programming.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori, UI5, HTML, Java / Java Script, WebIDE, BAS and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Knowledge of Key-User Extensibility Framework, CDS, Embedded Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• SAP certification in User Experience.
• Practical experience in SAP ABAP development leveraging CDS, RAP, BOPF and Gateway Services as well as in custom reports, interfaces, extensions, forms and workflows using ABAP.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Good understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment.
