Senior Sap Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple IT service engagements, ensuring the seamless delivery of ongoing services and support to clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing SAP tech projects and people, client relationships, and ensuring that SLAs are met while consistently improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certifications preferred;

• Extensive experience in SAP project management, implementations and migrations;

• 5+ years of proven experience managing IT projects, with a strong track record in handling complex, cross-functional projects;

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in project planning and execution;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• Demonstrated experience in budget management, risk assessment, and resource allocation for IT projects;

• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), cybersecurity considerations, and IT compliance standards;

• English – advanced, another European language on a working proficiency level is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring they meet business goals and timelines;

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for IT projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals;

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget, while managing risks effectively;

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met;

• Implement project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency;

• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders and executive leadership;

• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project-related risks and issues to keep projects on track;

• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and organizational policies;

• Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights, drive continuous improvement, and optimize future project outcomes.
