We are searching for a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior SEM & Social Media Advertising Specialist to lead our paid media efforts. This role demands a deep understanding and extensive experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated paid strategies that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and possesses a strong understanding of the nuances of each platform.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to identify high-value opportunities.

Develop advanced campaign structures and targeting strategies to maximize reach and efficiency.

Utilize advanced bidding strategies and campaign automation to optimize performance.

Platform Expertise:

Demonstrate knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads (campaign types, targeting options, lead generation), and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaign objectives, audience building, pixel implementation).

Stay abreast of the latest platform updates, features, and best practices.

Proactively test and implement new ad formats and targeting options to improve campaign performance.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

Rigorously track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all platforms.

Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI.

Budget Management:

Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets across platforms and campaigns.

Forecast campaign performance and optimize spending to achieve maximum return on investment.

Qualifications:

Extensive Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing paid media strategies that drive measurable business results.

Deep Platform Knowledge: Advanced understanding of the features, functionalities, and best practices of each advertising platform.

Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant marketing technologies.

Certifications: Google Ads certifications (especially advanced certifications), LinkedIn Ads certifications, and Facebook Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
