As a Team Lead, you will specialize in creating solutions that improve automation and efficiencies across all internal teams. You will drive automation, operational excellence, and support our customer facing applications and infrastructure. This will require creative thinking combined with deep domain expertise in the areas of Linux systems administration, configuration management, performance tuning, and hardware engineering.

As a Site Reliability Engineer Senior Lead, you will be responsible for-

• Managing and mentoring a team of talented SRE engineers
• Defining requirements as part of the product lifecycle to influence the new designs and standards
• Providing support, leadership and motivation for project teams
• Collaborating with our support, operations and engineering teams to investigate and troubleshoot complex problems
• Improving our system monitoring and analysis platform to speed error detection and remediation, enhancing performance and reliability
• Participating in on-call rotations, guiding restoration and repair of service-impacting issues

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have relevant experience and a Bachelor’s diploma in Engineering , Computer Science or its equivalent
• Possess expert level experience in a SRE, DevOps, Development, or SysAdmin role working with large scale distributed systems
• Possess high level of knowledge about SaltStack, decent knowledge about Terraform
• Be skilled in at least one programming language, Python/Go
• Have experience with architecting software, and infrastructure at scale
• Be able to work in alignment with strategic business initiatives and coordinate the work of other engineers
• Demonstrate excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
• Possess informed opinions on technology and software design to bring to the table
