Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on organic strategies and a flair for creativity to elevate our social media presence. The ideal candidate will not only excel at developing and executing organic campaigns but will also bring hands-on experience in creating and managing content, including appearing in videos. Expertise in shooting videos, optimizing account aesthetics, and ensuring the right angles, lighting, and visuals is essential.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the overall look and feel of our accounts, engaging with audiences authentically, and driving organic growth while also contributing to paid campaigns as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Organic Content Strategy: Develop and execute creative organic social media strategies to increase engagement and build a loyal audience across YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, ensuring optimal angles, lighting, and production standards. Appear in videos when necessary to create a relatable and authentic connection with the audience.
• Account Aesthetics: Maintain a cohesive, visually appealing look for all social media accounts by ensuring consistency in design, layout, and content.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and social listening to foster relationships and enhance the community experience.
• Analytics & Optimization: Analyze performance data for organic content and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate on paid social media campaigns when necessary, ensuring they align seamlessly with organic strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep our strategies competitive and relevant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce cohesive and effective content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in social media marketing, with a strong focus on organic strategies and content creation for YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Content Production Skills: Proven experience in shooting and editing videos, including knowledge of angles, lighting, and aesthetics for optimal visual appeal.
• On-Camera Presence: Willingness and ability to appear in videos to engage audiences authentically.
• Aesthetic Sense: Strong understanding of visual consistency, branding, and account aesthetics to create a polished and professional look.
• Engagement Expertise: Excellent skills in audience engagement and community building through organic social media activities.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable improvements.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and engaging with audiences.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with platform-specific best practices and features for organic growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing additional digital marketing channels.
• Certification in YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, or TikTok advertising.
• Background in professional videography or photography.
