The Job: The Senior IT Project Manager will work within a dynamic and highly innovative team environment in our CMG group. This position requires management consulting and experience with managing contract resources, including project oversight, and team management.

Location:

• HQ Minnesota and Illinois
• Open to remote, prefer local candidates

Day to Day:

• Develop an understanding of the internal processes and procedures and be able to lead the decision-making related improvements relative to technology.
• Work with a team of junior and senior technologists and to deliver solutions.
• Track scope and changes throughout implementation, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
• Providing hands-on support to implement project changes, updates, analysis, and IT delivery.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with businesses developing software products and/or performing Cloud migrations.
• Familiarity with system and data integration practices
• Strong data analysis experience and skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong data analysis and data integration skills
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office products, such as Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in (Business Admin, IT, Information Systems or closely related field) and 6+ years’ experience managing technical and non-technical cross functional teams with leadership responsibility
• 3+ years’ experience in data analysis and system integration
• 3+ years’ experience in gathering technical requirements
