  BlueFlag LLP is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

  What You’ll Do

  • Design Innovative Interfaces: Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for complex web applications, data-rich reports, marketing sites, and more.
  • Expert in Figma: Develop high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma.
  • Graphic Design Proficiency: Utilize at least one other graphic design tool (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Rive, Sketch) to create compelling visuals and graphics.
  • Develop Design Systems: Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
  • User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform and iterate on design decisions.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Portfolio Presentation: Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and user experience considerations.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Work with product managers to define and refine project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Extensive Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex web applications and diverse digital products.
  • Figma Expertise: Proficient in Figma with the ability to create detailed designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Skilled in at least one additional graphic design program (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating high-quality graphics.
  • Strong Design Sense: Exceptional eye for visual composition, color, typography, and attention to detail.
  • User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working in cross-functional teams and adapting to collaborative workflows.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design choices impact development is a plus.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
