The Opportunity:

Our client is the leading marketing technology and demand generation partner for high-tech B2B companies like Google, Palo Alto, and ZoomInfo. They improve clients marketing results by making generating quality leads easy and affordable.

They are seeking a talented Sr. User Experience Designer to join their team. As the User Experience Designer, you will lead the design of their digital user experiences, working closely with their product and engineering teams to create intuitive and engaging experiences for their users. Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
• Create persona-based user journeys for our core solutions
• Lead the design of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered design solutions
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in user experience design, product design, interaction design, or similar role.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating and managing persona-based user journey flows
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design

Preferred:

• Experience designing for mobile applications
• Experience with motion design and animation
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and processes
• Prior experience working in a B2B company
• Experience with UX design for online communities

LOCATION:

• Remote in U.S. or Canada (must be citizen or legally authorized to work in either country)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Salary of approximately $100-$140, plus bonus
