We are seeking a motivated Senior UX Designer to help envision and deliver delightful partner experiences. As a UX Designer, you will have an opportunity to think through the framing of problems with a focus on end-user needs and desires. Alongside the product team, you will identify, design, specify and implement end-to-end experiences for a wide range of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Partner Portal product worldwide in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Demonstrate understanding of visual and interaction design foundations and create appropriate sketches, wireframes, flows, design comps, and prototypes
• Explore design solutions based on customer needs, wants, and problems
• Collaborate closely with other experience designers, content designers, and researchers to deliver explorations and solutions
• Influence strategy for a project or product area by articulating a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and use design system, components, and patterns effectively and appropriately
• Create routine, informative communication material explaining decision-making rationale to team members
• Gather and interpret diverse qualitative and quantitative inputs and define success metrics for solving a design problem
• Contribute to idea generation in team settings and communicate customer-centric goals when presenting work
• Collect, process, and act on design feedback constructively

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in visual and interaction design with a deep understanding of design foundations
• Proficiency in creating sketches, wireframes, flows, design comps, and prototypes
• Ability to explore design solutions based on customer needs, wants, and problems
• Collaboration with experience designers, content designers, and researchers to deliver explorations and solutions
• Influence strategy for a project or product area by articulating a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements
• Facilitation skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional partners
• Proficiency in using design system, components, and patterns effectively and appropriately with guidance
• Ability to gather and interpret diverse qualitative and quantitative inputs
• Experience in defining success metrics for solving a design problem
• Contribution to idea generation in team settings
• Effective communication of customer-centric goals when presenting work
• Collection, processing, and constructive action on design feedback
• B2+ English level proficiency
