Position Overview: Web Developer (PHP & JavaScript)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer proficient in PHP and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications, with expertise in PHP and JavaScript frameworks. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality web solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain REST APIs and data pipelines following PHP/Curl best practices to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Write high-quality, optimized code that enhances system performance and scalability.
• Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions to validate new ideas and technologies.
• Integrate third-party services into existing systems seamlessly.
• Build and maintain core features to maximize customer and business impact.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to foster team collaboration and code quality.
• Implement unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and functionality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and processes.
• Utilize version control and CI/CD practices to streamline development workflows.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in PHP and Js is required. Proficient in development with a strong foundation in programming best practices.
• Expertise in database management, particularly with Postgres and SQL.
• Proven experience in building and integrating APIs.
• Strong object-oriented design and programming capabilities.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems and a solid understanding of Linux environments.
• A passion for creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
