The Senior Wholesale Operations Executive is responsible for supporting Wholesale operations manager to effectively manage the wholesale operations work, which including collecting and updating store information, monitoring and analyzing sell-in, sell-out and inventory at retailers’ stores, create new data format and optimize existing tables to make data more visible and help exploit business opportunities from data.
This role will be the coordinator of IT integration project (Mono sales data uploading and analysis) and B2B project (Mono bulk order entry).
Meanwhile The Senior Wholesale Operations Executive will help the Wholesale operations manager on Seasonal trade show, set up operations standard and other related paper works.

Meanwhile The Senior Wholesale Operations Executive will help the Wholesale operations manager on Seasonal trade show, set up operations standard and other related paper works.
55% Wholesale Sales data Analysis and Management
1. Own the analysis of all kinds of sales data, sell-in/sell-out/sell thru/stock/shipment, etc and output regular report to management team by weekly and monthly
2. Prepare and provide analysis and business proposals to line manager by weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly;
3. Create new data format and optimize existing tables to make data more visible and help exploit business opportunities from data
4. Diagnose sales performance from various angels and provide related insights to.Support sales function to complete overall business plan and achieve company budget plan
5.Participate, coordinate and conduct in-season shipment phasing, sales target setting to make sure quarterly phasing is rational and under control
6. Follow up the updates of the store status and new opening tracing report to ensure all the departments get an centralized and up-to-date store information list
