The Service and Aftersales Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the customer service and aftersales process, including identifying service requirements, implementing service documentations, developing a service network, and coordinating service requests. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by creating a service workstream that will allow our teams to provide the necessary services to our customers.

What You’ll “Mostly” Do
- Understand service requirements for Pure Watercraft products and create a service workstream and manual
- Coordinate the requests for necessarily tooling and equipment needed for service requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Team and Supply Chain, to investigate customer service needs and identify tooling requirements for our service team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, service requests, and issue resolution using our CRM system
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, recommending and implementing process enhancements and support tools to optimize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of technical documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and instructional materials
- Stay up-to-date with product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team
What We Look For First:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in Service and Aftersales or similar role, preferably within the marine industry
- Proven experience in developing service procedures and networks, preferably in a similar industry
- Ability to interpret and produce CAD models/drawings
- Strong mechanical understanding of product serviceability
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software or similar customer support tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
