Servicenow Developer (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Working on ServiceNow ITSM module for an important customer.

• Development, customization and maintenance for ServiceNow tool implementation.

• Developing with Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer and Background Scripts.

• Working on Data Sources and building scripts for Transform Map to import the asset/CI data into ServiceNow using import sets.

• Using the Virtual Agent, Service Catalog items and complex workflows to automate user’s daily business processes.

• Building tables, customizing and design forms, fields as per the customer needs.

• Configuring reports and integrations using Integration Hub with OOB and custom spokes.

Requirements:

You have 3+ years experience with ServiceNow as application developer and experience in gathering customer requirements, writing technical documentation and designing solutions. You have active listening skills, respecting others’ point of view and take ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills and customer centric attitude.

Required Education: Bachelor, University or Master Degree into STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• ServiceNow ITSM, OM and AppEngine Modules.

• HTML / HTML 5, CSS / CSS3.

• JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, Ajax.

• JSON, XML, Web Services (REST, SOAP), WSDL.

• Bootstrap, Jelly.

• Microservices.

• B1+ knowledge of English language.

• Some travel may be required based on business demand.

Nice to have:

• Good JavaScript skills and knowledge of relational databases.

• Good knowledge of Now Platform and web services (REST/SOAP).

• Good knowledge of one or more of ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM modules.

• ServiceNow Certifications.

• Master’s degree.
