ServiceNow – IT Consulting Sales/ Client Services (Must Have ServiceNow Sale Experience)
Virtelligence is seeking a motivated IT Sales Executive with expertise in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our ServiceNow practice by generating new business and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow products and a proven track record in IT sales.
Responsibilities:
Drive Sales and Solution Activities:
- Actively hunt new ServiceNow prospects via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, internal leads, and prior connections.
- Build and leverage relationships with C-Suite executives and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain an updated digital opportunity funnel reflecting accurate revenue, deal value, stage advancement, and expected close date.
- Manage the sales process, from pipeline generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying additional revenue streams.
- Interface with implementation teams to ensure a successful transition from sales to delivery.
- Work effectively with geographically diverse teams to deliver timely responses to clients.
- Mentor and build teams, working independently or as part of a team as needed.
- Participate in regional or local marketing events, collaborating with sales, marketing, and practice teams.

- Customer Success team to keep customers healthy and retained and join daily scrum calls with digital deals you close. Understand your customers’ business and advise on how ServiceNow can help their digital transformation roadmap.
- Make cold calls, follow leads, meet customers online or in person, analyze competitors, attend trade shows and do follow-up work. Have at least 5 weekly Digital meetings with customers, either online or in person, where there is a clear chance for us to win business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow presales.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, workflows, and integrations.
- ServiceNow implementation experience is a Plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to propose alternate solutions to customers proactively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Experience in selling into large enterprises, healthcare, or commercial clients.
- Strong relationships within the US and Canadian IT industry.
- Ability to articulate industry-based ServiceNow solutions and value propositions aligned with customer priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 5-7 years of consultative IT Consulting and Staffing sales experience desired
- National IT Sales/ Client Services Executive will have a track record of outstanding business development performance in current or prior roles
