Smb Sales Account Executive | interworks.cloud | Greece
At interworks.cloud, we are looking for a proactive and client-centric SMB Sales Account Executive to join our platform sales team. Active listening and building trustful relationships are a must to be successful in this role. The core responsibilities are qualifying inbound leads from small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) into loyal, paying customers. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in the software industry, exceptional communication skills, and experience within the Microsoft CSP channel program.
Your team
You will join a diverse international sales team that combines inbound & outbound sales and account management for various customers around the globe. Their target is to sell our B2B SaaS platform mainly in the EMEA and LATAM regions, as well as in the Middle East and South Africa. They collaborate closely with our Marketing team to convert MQLs to SQLs and our Customer Success team for after-sales support.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying prospects to closing deals, ensuring smooth transitions through each pipeline stage.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and goals to determine whether they are a good fit for interworks.cloud product.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects by engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and building trust.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects by providing insights and expertise on how the company’s solutions can solve their business challenges.
- Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to close deals in a timely manner while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product features, and post-sales support to optimize the lead conversion process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on interworks.cloud SaaS platform developments, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to better address prospect questions and needs.

Our ideal candidate
- You are an active listener with excellent communication skills.
- You are all about asking the right questions, understanding and adapting to your audience, and building trustful relationships.
- You are a native-like English speaker.
- You have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- You have experience with SaaS sales and/or ERP sales/presales.
- You feel comfortable performing autonomously in a remote environment.
- You have 3-5 years of work experience as a qualifier and inbound sales within the tech industry.
- You are confident in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Bonus points 😉
- Experience working within the Microsoft CSP channel program.
- Knowledge of the Spanish language.
