We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will oversee our social media accounts, create compelling content, and engage with our audience to build brand loyalty and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation and Management
- Develop and implement a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored for each platform.
- Write captions, design posts, and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, or other team members to develop visual assets.
2. Platform Management
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
3. Audience Engagement and Growth
- Engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
- Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals.
- Identify and participate in trending conversations to increase brand visibility.
4. Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Use insights to refine and optimize social media strategies.
5. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
6. Trend Spotting and Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Experiment with new content formats and platforms to keep the brand innovative.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Insights, or Sprout Social).
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) and video editing knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹5,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
