Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write engaging, on-brand social media captions that resonate with our audience and align with our voice.
• Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering meaningful conversations.
• Community Building: Develop strategies to build and nurture an active and loyal community around our brand.
• Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the team to execute growth-oriented campaigns, increasing followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, track engagement trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize content.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to keep our strategy innovative and competitive.
• Cross-Platform Management: Manage content calendars and posts across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing skills with a focus on creativity, clarity, and audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and experimenting.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing is a plus.
