The Social Media Manager and Content Writer will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing social media strategies for our clients,creating engaging content, and analyzing social media metrics to improveperformance. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams tocreate effective marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency acrossall platforms.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management:  – Develop, implement, and manage our social mediastrategy.  – Define the most important social media KPIs.  – Manage and oversee social media content.  – Measure the success of every social media campaign.  – Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practicesand technologies.  – Work with designers to ensure content is informative andappealing.  – Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest contentoptimization.  – Communicate with industry professionals and influencers viasocial media to create a strong network.2. Content Writing:  – Research industry-related topics and generate ideas for newcontent.  – Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.  – Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.  – Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustratearticles.  – Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement(e.g., comments and shares).  – Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.  – Update website content as needed.3. Reporting:  – Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight ontraffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information topositively affect future outcomes.  – Collaborate with other departments to manage companyreputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.Qualifications:– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.– Experience with creating content for the web and growing asocial audience.– Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audiencepreferences.– Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.– Familiarity with web design and publishing.– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.– Strong multitasking skills.
