Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s social media presence and strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing high-quality content across various social platforms, engaging with our community, and driving growth through innovative campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance creativity with analytics, staying ahead of trends to ensure that our brand remains relevant and visible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives. Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, written posts) that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Platform Management:
Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others. Optimize each platform for audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Community Engagement:
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster positive relationships with online communities and customers, turning interactions into brand advocates
- Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Create monthly reports that highlight key metrics such as engagement rates, traffic, growth, and ROI. Use insights to optimize strategies.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Regularly experiment with new formats and content to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and innovative.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to ensure that social media content supports product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.
- Handle and respond to negative feedback, comments, or crises on social media in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
