Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a deep understanding of various platforms, and possess a strong ability to engage audiences. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online communities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
• Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends.
• Engage with the target audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain a strong online community through social media interactions.
• Track and analyse social media metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visual content.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

Must Have

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their target audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and compelling content.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on performance.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain multiple websites.

Good to Have

• Experience with digital marketing agency.
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
• Experience in the Medical, healthcare, dental, packaging and paper sector.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
