Social Media Manager (Remote)

Salary: R 30 000.00 to R 35 000.00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Overview:

A pioneering tech-powered photography company with ambitious expansion plans is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital growth strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple brands
• Lead content creation and community management across all social platforms, with a focus on authentic storytelling and engagement
• Design and implement full-funnel digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, Google Ads, and email marketing flows
• Manage and mentor a junior team member focused on community engagement and social media management
• Oversee influencer partnerships and relationship management to drive authentic content creation at scale
• Optimize website performance (WordPress) for user experience, conversions, and SEO
• Conduct social listening and market research to identify growth opportunities and customer insights
• Drive e-commerce optimization and conversion rate improvements
• Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments to accelerate revenue growth
• Take ownership of additional marketing and growth initiatives as the business expands
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across creative, technical, and business teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Proven track record in driving growth through paid and organic social media channels
• Demonstrated expertise in Meta platforms and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and conversion optimization
• Experience with WordPress management and basic technical optimization
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Deep understanding of Western market consumer behavior and digital trends
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization and ROI analysis
• Experience working with international teams and managing remote relationships

• Background in building communities and engaging with parent demographics
• Knowledge of email marketing automation and flow optimization
• Demonstrated ability to scale social media presence from the ground up
