    Key Responsibilities:

    • Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Media Ads):
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.) to adjust strategies for better results.
    • Conduct A/B testing for ads to enhance click-through rates and conversions.
    • Research and identify target audience segments to ensure ad relevance and performance.
    • Manage budget allocations and track spend across campaigns.
    • Content Writing & Strategy:
    • Develop high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and ad copy that aligns with brand tone and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling, keyword-optimized content for SEO and user engagement.
    • Write ad copy that drives user action and resonates with target audiences across different platforms.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
    • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
    • Provide regular reports on key digital marketing metrics and suggest actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns and social media ads.
    • Strong content writing skills with an ability to adapt to different tones and audiences.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others.
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Familiarity with marketing for specific industries like [insert relevant industry, e.g., travel, retail, tech].
