Software Developer Mid Senior (Remote)

As a mid-level or senior software developer (VB/C#) in our Property Product Rate Revision team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll have a key role in delivering complex business enhancements and products to our customers. You’ll use your programming, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and collaboration skills on innovative projects impacting our customers, agents, and employees. Participation in the on-call support rotation required.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum two years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of two years related work experience.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

Preferred skills

• Object Oriented Programming Concepts
• C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO .NET, SQL Server, MVC, TFS, GIT, APIs
• Knowledge of data structures, data management practices
• Technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills

Compensation

• $90,000-$128,000/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
