****Your role in our mission****

* Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and create/develop engineering components for review, sign-off, and deployment.

* Participates in code reviews to ensure quality standards and business objectives are being met.

* Mentor multiple teams around code standards and code quality.

* Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

* Provide complex technical consultation to other organizations; interacts with senior customer personnel and internal senior management.

* Participate in product design meetings with management, other developers, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure that product development adheres to client specifications and is consistent across various units.

****What we’re looking for****

* 8+ years of experience in system architecture, software design, and development, with a strong focus on enterprise products and services, particularly within the health and human services sector.

* Deep expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or Java, with a preference for C# and .NET technologies.

* Proven experience in designing, implementing, and scaling complex, distributed systems, including the ability to create detailed architecture diagrams and design documents.

* Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including familiarity with cloud services, deployment strategies, and architecture patterns (e.g., microservices).

* Strong understanding of Agile development practices and methodologies.

The pay range for this position is $95,100 – $135,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
