Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance backend systems using C# and .NET Core.
- Collaborate on frontend development, with a preference for Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
- Drive technical discussions to find optimal solutions that align with product and organisational goals.
- Contribute to the scalability and maintainability of software architectures.
- Address technical debt and ensure the platform remains up to date.
- Mentor and support team members, sharing best practices and encouraging professional growth.
- Actively participate in Agile processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and QA Engineers.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend developer with expertise in web applications.
- Advanced proficiency in C#/.NET Core and familiarity with Entity Framework.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or Nuxt.js.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and an interest in cloud-based development (Terraform and Azure DevOps are a bonus).
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning.
- Strong mentoring skills and a track record of fostering collaborative team environments.
- Adaptability to thrive in a startup or scale-up culture, handling dynamic priorities with agility.
