Your Next Opportunity: Software Engineering Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Software Engineering Manager to lead our talented team of full-stack software engineers and QA specialists. In this role, you will:

• Oversee and guide our development team to deliver exceptional software solutions.
• Manage release schedules for major, minor, and patch updates.
• Collaborate with the service delivery team to implement and configure solutions for new customers.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in a fast-paced, international environment where no two days are the same!

Your Role

As a Software Engineering Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the CTO and CEO to translate high-level technical vision into actionable strategies while overseeing the successful execution of complex projects. You’ll manage both the software development and delivery teams, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic planning.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the content and timing of software development sprints.
• Provide project management support to Implementation Consultants handling new customer onboarding and ongoing client projects.
• Oversee project plans, schedules and documentation.
• Utilize and enhance Jira for project status reporting.
• Work closely with a cohesive, high-performing development team and cross-functional technical teams.
• Gain a deep understanding of how our SaaS platform works and how customers use it to achieve commercial success.
• Plan and manage customer-facing software implementation projects.
• Initiate and oversee integrations with third-party systems through Technical Engagement.
• Effectively manage multiple projects in parallel.

About You

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, with prior experience in a commercial B2B SaaS environment.
• Comfortable managing and resolving complex problems.
• Agile Certification to manage sprints.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Experience in fintech is a plus but not essential.
