As a Product Manager on the Research and Development team reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will make a positive impact by:

**Product Strategy and Vision**:

* Develop and articulate the product vision, positioning and strategy for IoT products in alignment with the company’s overall goals.

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

* Define and prioritize product features and roadmap based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.

* Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

**Product Development and Management:**

* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

* Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

* Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments

* Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams

**Stakeholder Engagement:**

* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

* Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategic direction to stakeholders

* Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights for product improvements and new features.

**Performance Monitoring:**

* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

* Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform decision-making and future product development.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications we’re looking for.**

* Experience:

+ 3+ years’ experience in a dynamic product management role in the field of software solutions (SaaS)

+ Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.

+ Direct customer facing experience required

* Skills:

+ High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams

+ Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

* Abilities:

+ Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.

* Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or relevant engineering field

* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.

**Nice To Have Skills:**

* Previous experience in software and web development

* Previous experience in cloud solutions

* Proven success as a product developer in a nonmanagerial role

* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to IoT products
