Job Title: Sr. Account Executive – EnterpriseJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Sr. Account Executive with a strongbackground in staffing services, specifically with enterprise/nationalaccounts experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can buildand maintain strong client relationships, identify new businessopportunities, and consistently exceed sales targets.Responsibilities:Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potentialenterprise clientsUnderstand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with nationalaccountsProspect and qualify leads to expand the client base.Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions within thestaffing space to inform business strategies.Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, andensure the successful execution of agreements.Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs withcandidate qualifications.Ensure successful candidate placements and follow up on clientsatisfaction.Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs to contribute tothe company’s growth and success.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, salesactivities, and market insights.Provide regular reports to management.
