Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in building robust and scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, high-performance user interfaces and optimize web applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of both users and stakeholders. As a Senior React Developer, you will contribute to developing and enhancing our B2B applications and delivering outstanding user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable web applications.
• Design and develop user interfaces using React, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with UX designers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance throughout the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in React development, integrating new techniques and tools into your work.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Use modern development tools and frameworks to create high-quality code and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in building complex web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.js, with solid experience in developing high-performance, scalable applications.
• Experience optimizing applications for B2B environments, ensuring they meet complex business requirements.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, creating interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about both user needs and technical challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A passion for clean code, user-centered design, and a strong attention to detail.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as this role may involve obtaining a Department of Defense Secret clearance.

Screening Criteria:

• Portfolio Review: Your portfolio will be assessed to evaluate your expertise in building complex web applications and optimizing them for B2B environments.
• Technical Assessment: A technical test may be conducted to assess your proficiency in React, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Interview: In-depth interviews will be conducted to evaluate your knowledge, skills, and experience in React development, as well as your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted, including verification of employment history, education credentials, and criminal records. Activities posing a national security risk will also be reviewed.
• Security Clearance: Depending on the project requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
