Position Title: REACTJS DEVELOPER

Location: Permanent Remote

Employment: Full-time

Work Schedule: starts at 2:30pm IST

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and develop features with high quality, maintainability, and full ownership
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards
• Invest in code health/refactoring efforts to improve our ability to execute on shipping solutions to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Design and develop scalable and efficient full-stack mobile/web applications
• Collaborate with team members in order to design and deliver technical solutions

Requirements

• BS In Computer science or related field with a Masters in Computer Science a plus
• Relevant experience may substitute for and/or augment relevant degrees
• 5yrs+ experience in ReactJS web development experience.
• 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience with a proven track record of productivity
• 3 + years with Javascript events, hooks and state management.
• 3 + years of applications performance improvement techniques and caching solutions.
• 3+ years of working with GraphQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of key website design principles and ability to use client input to create functional, creative, and user-friendly web pages.
• Experience with Test Driven Development and CI/CD
• Experience in building and shipping production grade software or services.
• Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise way

Nice To Haves

• Experience in React Native (mobile development) a plus
• 1yr usage of ChatGPT or any AI
