Purpose
To promote TOEFL® and GRE® tests and other ETS Products in Bangladesh to the relevant target audience looking at pursuing their higher study abroad, leading to achieving agreed targets (registrations).
Role Specific Responsibilities
 Create awareness on TOEFL® & GRE® tests and other ETS Products in Bangladesh Responsible for the overall growth in test registrations across all ETS Assessments, and market penetration. • Sign-up new agents across the region, to drive more registrations and achieve targets. • Manage daily and weekly reporting of consultants assigned to your region/. • Create a database of High School counsellors and Training & Placement Officers of Higher Education institutions. • Carry out the day-to-day activity – like meeting agents, training counsellors, training the trainers and conduct student sessions – both through online and in-person modes. • Attend education fairs, agent workshops and recruitment-focused events like webinars on TOEFL & GRE, seminars on studying abroad etc. across the region and advise prospective students. • Assist with consulting for the School and Institutional test centre network identification. • Participate in events to increase reach to counsellors/Placement officers. • Work with schools and colleges to develop ETS portfolio of assessments. • Organizing and supporting centralized promotional campaigns on ground. • Creating Teacher Ambassador chapters and a value proposition to motivate teachers to be trained on the TOEFL & GRE program. • Help in BTL marketing to increase ETS brand visibility. • Work closely with colleagues across South Asia and marketing functions for seamless delivery. • Gather market intelligence and competitor landscaping. • Responsible for the design and delivery of the market plans and strategies to maximise test registrations from the assigned territory. • Support compliance with all legal, contractual, and statutory requirements of the business while providing the services
Job Requirements
Essential ï‚· Graduate ï‚· Considerable experience (Minimum 5-7 years), business development Study abroad, test preparation/assessments or University Promotion ï‚· Past experience in driving channel sales and a key deliverable will be sales numbers/ revenue ï‚· Excellent communication & presentation skills ï‚· Proven track record of developing business from B2B / B2I partnerships ï‚· Flexible working approach by working unsocial hours, weekends, or occasional public holidays, as and when required ï‚· Willing to travel extensively for work in Bangladesh.
