What You’ll Be Doing –
Are you interested in developing the future of TTEC’s Public Sector business? Do you have an interest in furthering the government’s ability to service the citizens of our country?
You’ll report to Vice President – Technology Strategy, Public Sector
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Lead program operations for multiple government clients
- Lead organizational decision making in support of client business needs.
- Manage Security compliance requirements to MARS-E, FedRAMP, PCI, SOC
- Guide strategic planning for future growth
- Interface with client executives to drive program deliverables and business enhancements.
What You Bring To The Role
- 10 years in IT operations experience
- 5 years experience in government compliance management
- 10 years leading diverse organizations
- 5 years in contact center management roles

The anticipated range is $150,000 – $200,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
