You will develop a deep knowledge of our buyersto inform the best strategies, plans, and tactics to facilitate thecustomer journey. You will help guide GTM activities for new features,define and deepen the product narrative, and deliver compelling content topromote internal and external activations. This is a highly impactful andcollaborative role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product,Sales, and Customer Success teams.We are searching for an experienced and strategic Staff ProductMarketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play apivotal role in shaping our product’s narrative in the market,driving demand, adoption, and overall success!What You’ll DoStrategic Leadership: Drive product positioning, messaging, andgo-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goalsOwn Customer Solutions: Define and articulate the value proposition,ensuring solutions resonate with current and potential customersDevelop Customer Journey: Craft a comprehensive and intuitive customerjourney, ensuring touchpoints are optimized for conversion andretentionAnalyze Data & Insights: Leverage quantitative and qualitative datato gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and productperformance. Use these insights to refine our marketing and productstrategiesGo-To-Market (GTM) Planning: Spearhead the development and execution ofwell-rounded GTM plans for product launches and feature releases, ensuringall elements are cohesive and effectiveInfluence Product Roadmaps: Work closely with the product team tocommunicate market needs, customer feedback, and competitive intelligenceto influence and inform our product roadmapDevelop Buyer Personas & Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): Builddetailed personas and ICPs, using market research, customer interviews, andinternal data sourcesDrive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with teamsacross the organization, including sales, product, customer success, andmore, ensuring alignment and execution of shared goalsWhat We Value6-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2BSaaS space. Experience in the Solar, Energy, or Construction industry is abig plusProven ability to develop and implement GTM strategies andcampaignExperience working in B2B SaaS go-to-market (sales, marketing, salesenablement, or customer success), market research, or solaStrategic framework thinker who can use quantitative and qualitativedata to encourage new ideas and initiatives to drive business growthStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionableinsightsExperience in developing buyer personas and ICPsHighly interactive and enjoys building relationships withcross-functional teams and customersGreat orator, storyteller, and writer who can turn industry and productcomplexity into clear and engaging positioning and narrativeComfort in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentBA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
