Storekeeper (Remote)

Job description / Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Storekeeper shall be responsible in:
– Ensures that adequate safety precautions are taken before performing any job.
– Maintain Stock inventory in line with the systems and procedures of the company.
– Maintain Store records, issue stock items and maintain stock re-order levels.
– Prepare GRN – Issue IN /Issue Out as per requisitions.
– Process purchase requisition as and when required.
– Follow all safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions to the HSE Manager immediately.
– Make sure that all expendables, materials and supplies are not wasted.
– Prepare stock inventory report quarterly.
– Assist the Store Keeper/Material Coordinator in assuring that expendables, materials and supplies are not wasted.
– Prepare stock inventory report quarterly.
– Supervise the use of all expenditures, materials and supplies to insure that waste does not occur, and these materials and supplies are kept in a secure place and locked.
– Maintain a good and healthy relations among all superiors, colleagues, and subordinates.

– Minimum Education: Any Degree
– Age Requirement: 20 -30 years old
– Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience
– Certifications / Licenses: Not mandatory
– Must be proficient in the English language
– Must have Intermediate Computer Skills
– Must have excellent typing and clerical skills
– Must possess initiative, dependability, resourcefulness.
– Must be willing to work in a team
– Must have the ability to learn.
