About The Role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our logistics operations, ensuring seamless material availability for our factories. Dive into the complexity of multi-tier supply chains, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for innovation. Your mission? To create transparency and flexibility in our supply chains, ensuring that potential bottlenecks and supply risks are tackled head-on before they impact our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with strategic suppliers to drive competitive supply chain performance.

Take the lead on managing all logistics aspects within the Supplier Account Team, alongside the Account Lead and Supply Quality Engineer.

Spearhead Cycle Time Reduction projects to optimize efficiency.

Plan, align, and control capacity, buffers, and flexibility at strategic suppliers.

Continuously monitor supply chain risks and develop action plans to mitigate them.

Implement the ASML supply chain planning roadmap at suppliers.

Address and resolve structural bottlenecks in the supply chain through effective escalation management.

Conduct logistic audits at critical suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.

Identify and implement internal logistics process improvements to enhance overall operations.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration (or equivalent years of experience).

Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience, with at least 3 years in complex supply chain processes within manufacturing.

Experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably high-tech and low-volume.

Proven track record in building and maintaining strategic relations with suppliers.

Proficiency in project management, with extensive knowledge of New Product Introduction processes.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations to senior management.

Proficiency with MRP software (SAP or Oracle) is a plus.
