Systems Engineer (Remote)

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (located in Ontario)

Pay Range: 900 – 1,800 USD/month

Responsibilities:

• Technical Setups: Lead and execute technical setups for various systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
• API Integrations: Develop and manage API integrations, particularly with Zapier, to enhance data flow and automate processes
• GHL Innovation: Contribute to the innovation and optimization of our GHL (Generic Hardware Library) systems, ensuring they meet current and future needs
• Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain and update dashboards to provide real-time insights and analytics for stakeholders
• Phone System Management: Oversee and manage phone systems, ensuring they are operational and meeting business requirements
• Error Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and errors promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions
• Automation: Implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering or a related technical field
• API Integration Expertise: Strong understanding and experience with API integrations, particularly with software in the clients’ space, and familiarity with Zapier
• Technical Proficiency: Must have a strong technical background and be comfortable working with various systems and tools
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to resolving technical challenges
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in technical setups and maintenance tasks
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently on tasks but also collaborate effectively within a team as needed
• Trustworthiness: Must demonstrate trustworthiness and reliability in handling sensitive data and technical responsibilities
