Agency Growth Team is supporting our client, ClinicGrower, in hiring a Systems Engineer to help their clients in the medical and aesthetic industry scale through automation and advanced technical solutions.

As a Systems Engineer, you will work with cutting-edge technology to build campaigns, triggers, workflows, and automations that help ClinicGrower’s clients achieve new levels of success.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• GHL Campaign Building: Set up and manage campaign automations, triggers, pipelines, landing pages, and more.
• Automation & Integration: Implement system integrations with tools like Zapier, Integromat, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Project Management: Manage tasks and technical projects through Asana, Slack, and Monday.
• Technical Support: Provide real-time client and technical support for issues relating to GHL, Mailgun, Twilio, etc.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure system functionality, campaign tests, and automations are running smoothly.
• Data Management: Create, update, and track KPIs using Google Sheets, and ensure data is properly organized across platforms.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest software tools and technologies, including GoHighLevel, WordPress, and automation platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in systems engineering, campaign automation, or technical project management.
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Integromat, and website functions (WordPress, HTML, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
• Ability to handle and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
• Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.

TECH STACK (Proficiencies):

• CRM: GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, ZohoCRM
• Automation Tools: Zapier, Make/Integromat
• Programming: JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS
• Web & Database: WordPress, MySQL, MSSQL Server
• Tools: Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets), Asana, Slack, ClickUp

BONUS / PREFERENCES:

• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) preferred.
• Graduate Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is a plus.
• Practical experience with coding (JavaScript, Python) is a big advantage.

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive salary based on experience (paid in USD)
