Team Leader SAP Manufacturing AVC/LO-VC | Deputy SAP CoE Leader (m/w)

Your responsibilities

Komax AG is seeking an experienced Team Leader with extensive expertise in the SAP Manufacturing Module, AVC, and LO-VC, across both SAP Public Cloud and SAP S/4HANA on-premise systems. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists and support the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) as the Deputy Leader.

As a Team Leader, you will:

Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of SAP specialists in the areas of Manufacturing, AVC, and LO-VC.
Ensure the successful implementation and continuous optimization of SAP Manufacturing modules in both Public Cloud and on-premise environments.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficiency enhancements.
Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for team members and end-users.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate SAP solutions into business processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain best practices and standards within the SAP domain.

As the Deputy Leader of the SAP CoE, you will:

Support the SAP CoE Leader in strategic planning and execution of SAP projects.
Assist in budget planning and resource management.
Support in recruitment and team management
Support in the further development and coaching of LoB team leads

Your profile

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules, AVC, and LO-VC.
Proven experience in project management and change management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in both German and English.
